Start local

Do you want a warmer and friendlier society? It starts right near you, with your relationships with family, neighbors, children and colleagues. The goal is that no one should be left on the outside. Arman V has the inclusion program Strong, Kind and Uncomfortable for parents, teachers and young people, and several smaller projects that all contribute to a friendlier world!

This sponsor-funded program offers parents, teachers and young people at upper secondary schools talks and workshops. Arman inspires and provides tools for having difficult conversations about exclusion, resilience and self-esteem. Parents and schools want young adults who can solve their own challenges – but then we also need to understand when to ask for help.

Friendly Communities

Arman is the driving force behind several projects. From street races where you can pay your entry fee with good deeds, to the competition to become Norway’s friendliest municipality – what they all share is a desire to prevent exclusion and create friendlier communities.

Does your municipality want to become Norway’s friendliest? This is a competition where everyone wins. Arman inspires politicians and non-profit organizations to come together to create warmer, friendlier communities!

Since 2018, Arman and other volunteers have organized The Good Mile: A race where participants can choose to pay their entry fee with good deeds. The race has distances that suit young and old, recreational joggers and ambitious runners.

Tour de Wave started with the idea of the butterfly effect: A small action can create big ripples. Arman has run from Trondheim to Snåsa and Molde, meeting kindergarten children and mayors, with the simple idea: Smile, wave and say hello to everyone he meets. Thousands have received a smile along the way so far!

Arman’s former life as a notorious criminal has given him knowledge of the dark sides of Trondheim, Oslo and Bergen. He takes the audience on a historic walk through the city center, offering insight into the criminal world through its key locations.

Do you want to help create friendlier communities?

We have many great partners as sponsors, but we always want more! The sponsors make local activities possible for schools and small volunteer organizations. In return, sponsors receive custom internal talks and a closer connection to their local community. Get in touch if you would like a no-obligation conversation about how we can contribute!
